Biography
Thorsten Sobottka was born 1968. He is an electronic engineer and started his career at IBM Deutschland GmbH in 1987. In the last 20 years, he has had several sales job roles within IBM and during this period, he was responsible for different kind of customers from several industry sectors. Since 2015, his focus customers come from the Public Sector, especially Cities and municipal utilities in the eastern part of Germany, also the city of Leipzig. Thorsten Sobottka is located in Dresden.
