Biography

Renzo Favaretto, is the Director of the Environment Division of the Veritas Group, a joint-stock company owned by the municipalities belonging to the Metropolitan City of Venice. Environmental services are carried out in 34 municipalities with a resident population of around 800 thousand inhabitants. The Division also deals with the post-mortem management of landfills in the metropolitan area. The employees employed in environmental services number over 1,400 for a turnover of around 200 million euros.
