Ralf Resch is Managing Director of Vitako, representing 57 local public IT service providers in Germany. With a background in public administration, he has broad experience in representing public services from the local to the European level. Having served as General Secretary of CEEP (European Centre of Employers and Enterprises providing Public Services) in Brussels he turned to IT as Director Public Affairs and Marketing for a leading German Public transport IT system provider.
