Biography
After five years of administration, Biffoni ran again in the local elections and was elected mayor again on 9 June 2019, obtaining 56.12% of the votes in the run-off.
President of Anci Tuscany and Anci National delegate for immigration, Biffoni brings into national boards the experience of Prato, a cutting-edge city that traditionally anticipates the economic and social transformations of the country by a few years, by tackling the challenges with ever contemporary new tools.
Since June 2018 he has been President of the Italian Forum for urban safety.
