Biography
Kurt Frary is the Head of IT and Chief Techology Officer for Norfolk County Council; and Socitm President. He has over 36 years’ experience in delivering Technology in both the public and private sectors. Kurt is passionate about Technology and Innovation and has led a number of key innovations and adoptions in Norfolk, England including the largest IoT network in the UK, using refuse lorries to improve mobile connectivity and the early adoption of AI.
