Biography
Ksenija Napast is an experienced project manager and consultant with over 23 years of expertise in EU-funded and transnational projects, specialising in innovation, SME support, sustainable development, and the preparation of investment documentation for public bodies. She has led and coordinated Horizon 2020, FP7, Interreg, and other international projects, with strong competencies in financial management, feasibility studies, innovation and business planning. She also works as a Slovenian evaluator for proposals under the Interreg Slovenia–Italy programme. Ksenija holds a degree in economics and pedagogical-andragogical education and is skilled in stakeholder engagement as well as in organising trainings and workshops. Her project portfolio includes the coordination of UPSURGE, MaC Village, HELIS, and EUROLIS. Alongside international projects, her main focus lies in consultancy for the preparation of national projects for Slovenian organisations.
