Josselin Kerviche

Josselin Kerviche is the Director of Digital Services for the Rennes Métropole and City of Rennes local authorities, in Brittany. Previously, he was the Director of Information Systems at the University of Rennes.

With 25 years of experience, including 15 years in Ireland, in creating, delivering, and implementing digital solutions, he leads a team of 100 agents, embracing the rich multidisciplinary nature of digital technology, to provide digital services that meet the needs of agents and our two local authorities, while respecting the political orientations set, particularly in terms of social, environmental, and ethical considerations.

His goals are to place these elements at the heart of the processes that generate the creation and implementation of digital services, to work towards the continuous development of a strong sensitivity among our agents on these themes, and to maintain the important and fruitful partnership with our institutional and private partners in our vibrant Rennes ecosystem.
