Isabella Mader

Isabella Mader serves as the Executive Director of Excellence Research in Vienna and is a University Lecturer on IT Strategy, Business Psychology in Software Development and Human Factors & Ethics in IT & AI. Her academic background is in Information Science and in Organizational Psychology.

In 2013, she was recognized as “Top CIO of the Year” by EY in Austria. Since 2018, she has been serving as a member of the CIO Award Jury, and in 2023, she joined the Expert Advisory Board on Digital Transformation of the Austrian Parliament.

Since 2017, she has been engaged as an Executive Advisor at the Global Peter Drucker Forum, where she has also been active as a speaker and session chair since 2013.
