Harri Kuusela

Mr. Harri Kuusela in an experienced project manager both on international and regional level. In 2019-2023 he was a Lead Partner in an Interreg Europe project “Next2Met”, addressing how rural and semi-rural areas close to metropolitan cities can utilise digitalisation as means of regional attraction. Currently he is involved as a lead partner in another Interreg Europe project dealing with industrial transition and local identity, as well as heading an ERDF-funded regional smart specialisation innovation ecosystem project. Mr. Kuusela has also background in educational development and ICT.
