Biography
Eric Legale is Managing Director of Issy Média, a public-private company in charge of the communication and the Information Technologies within the city of Issy-les-Moulineaux. Eric is co-ordinating the ICT-projects of Issy-les-Moulineaux since 1995 and represents the City of Issy-les-Moulineaux in European co-operation projects related to ICT.
