Biography
Director of the City of Rome’s Climate Office. He has been national vice-president of the italian environmental NGO Legambiente. Architect, PhD in urban planning, he has teached at the Universities of Rome, Ferrara and Pescara. Member of the board of Transport and Environment, Cresme (Research centre on economy of the building sector), and of several scientific committees. Author of essays on energy, climate, sustainability.
