Francesco Molinari

Francesco Molinari has 20+ years’ experience in the management of EU funded projects and is a specialist in the fields of R&D and innovation policy, innovative public procurement and Living Labs. In his career, Francesco has been involved as coordinator or participant in dozens of ICT projects funded by the European Union – mostly in FP5, FP6, FP7, H2020, Erasmus+, Interreg CE, MED, SEE, Italy-France and Italy-Slovenia, in the eTEN and CIP programmes and in the eParticipation preparatory action – or by national and regional authorities.

Today, he is actively a consultant for ANCI Toscana (projects CLIMABOROUGH and HUMUS) and The University of Valencia.
