Céline Colucci is the general delegate of Les Interconnectés, the leading French association for the development of digital uses and innovation in local authorities. Graduate in political science and formerly web entrepreneur, Céline founded Les Interconnectés in 2009 with France urbaine and Intercommunalités de France to support the digital transformation of local government. The association promotes a vision of responsible digital technology that takes into account the social, environmental, and ethical dimensions of digital public policies.
