Biography
Andrea Sbandati (March 5th, 1959), Cispel Toscana association General Director, has a long-term experience in environmental-related fields, given by work on a multitude of policy oriented studies in the field of management of solid waste management in the Italian context and is thus familiar with the practices of implementation of the E.U. Acquis in the waste management sector in Italy; realisation of several Industrial plan, Province and Regional Plans. Supervisor in Cispel Toscana of all “smart city and utilities” projects.
