André Santini

André Santini has been Mayor of Issy-les-Moulineaux since 1980, leading the city’s transformation into one of Europe’s pioneers in digital innovation and sustainable urban development. Under his leadership, Issy has become a recognized “smart city” laboratory, experimenting with new technologies to improve public services and strengthen citizen engagement.

Beyond his role as mayor, André Santini has had a distinguished political career at the national level. He has served as Secretary of State for Public Service and as a long-standing Member of Parliament for the Hauts-de-Seine department. He is also Vice-President of the Greater Paris Metropolitan Area, where he plays a key role in shaping metropolitan policies.
