Biography
Dr. Alexandra Collm holds a degree in public administration from the University of Potsdam and wrote her PhD thesis at the University of St.Gallen and Syracuse University always focusing on IT and the public sector. After initiating a research program, several consulting jobs on IT and innovation in governmental organizations and positions at Swisscom in corporate strategy, business development, and innovation management, she became Head of Customer Department and Member of the Executive Board at the OIZ of the city of Zurich in 2017.
