2023 Prato – The evolving role of Regions and Digital Regional Services – Pooling of digital services and infrastructure, toward a territorial information system
The pooling of digital services and infrastructures is not as obvious and simple as we could imagine. We have to build the path to make it possible, if it’s worth it, we’ll get there. Lyon Metropolis (France) will present the path it is taking, the involved stakeholders, and the level of ambition. The approach will be illustrated with three concrete cases.
