2023 Prato – Demographic change – crisis? What crisis?
Robin Heilig will focus on the possible impact on the digitalization of public administrations due to the demographic change.
Currently it is for sure a top topic – however sometimes not so much within the municipalities. Is there really a crisis ahead, despite the fact we don’t feel a crisis yet? And, if yes, which measures need to be taken? When do we have to address a crisis? Do we need to start managing the crisis before it is here? Or will everything just work out fine anyway?
