Stefano Ciuoffo

Stefano Ciuoffo,  an engineer by profession, is currently the Tuscan Regional Minister for digital infrastructure and innovation, institutional policies, relations with local authorities, legality, security and immigration, government simplification.

Previously, from 2015 to 2020, he covered the role of Tuscan Regional Minister for production and industry, credit, trade and tourism.

From 2004 to 2009 he was  City Councillor in Prato responsable for city and land engineering. He also previously held the post of Provincial Councillor in Prato and Town Councillor in Vernio.

From 1990 to 1992 he was Council member for the Prato Provincial Tourism Board.

During his many years of civic involvement, he held positions in  various institutions, and  in companies affiliated with the metropolitan area of northern Tuscany: he was a Board member of the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Prato, Vice president of Consiag, an important public consortium for the management of water, energy and environmental services. He was a member of the Scientific Committee of the PIN Polo Universitario Pratese, and Board member of the Centro di Firenze per la Moda Italiana.
