Biography
Sharon Paley is Deputy Director and Cofounder of the Center for Government Excellence (GovEx) at Johns Hopkins University. Since its start three years ago, GovEx has provided technical assistance to over 100 cities and trained more than 2,000 civil servants. Previously, Sharon served as Chief Operating Officer for the Greater Baltimore Technology Council, where she was honored by the Obama White House for her civic hacking efforts in the city.
