Oliver Schwabe

Oliver is the Chair of the Major Cities Europe Special Interest Group “Eu City ISAC” (see https://isac4cities.eu/), a Risk Partner for Civil Aerospace at Rolls-Royce with a special focus on Cybersecurity, and a post-doctoral researcher in Innovation Diffusion in Ecosystems at the Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon, Portugal. He is also the Chair of the Open European Network for Enterprise innovation and continuously mentors Start-Ups and SMEs globally in accelerating their sustainable growth. Oliver has a deep understanding of complex, multi-national projects, and holds a PhD with a focus on Innovative Manufacturing Cost Estimation from Cranfield University, UK.
