Biography
Economic and policy Analyst at JRC. Francesco has an MSc in Philosophy and Politics from the University La Sapienza of Rome. For many years he advised public administrations in Italy on regional development and regional policy funds. Prior to joining the JRC, he also worked as policy officer for the DG Regional and Urban Policy of the European Commission and as Director for EU Budget and Cohesion Policy at Conference of Peripheral Maritime Regions.
