Biography

Dubravka Mendeš Poljak is highly educated and trained in areas of software development, software cost estimation, databases, project management and information security. She is also responsible for conducting the digitalisation and developing smart city concepts  of the City of Zagreb. She actively participates in several project teams regarding digitalisation of institutions owned by the City of Zagreb.
