2025 Issy-Les-Moulineaux – NEUROCLIMA, a full climate-relevant AI for change ecosystem

NEUROCLIMA is an initiative designed to drive systemic transformation in climate resilience through an innovative Human-AI decision support ecosystem for behavioral change, civic engagement climate adaptation policies.

Beside a toolset of educational resources, the main solution consists of a conversational search and text-retrieval engine, specialised in environmental challenges, designed to explore and document potential behavioral changes thanks to its capacity to detect environment-sensitive social tipping points (STPs) and thereupon, support civic participatory processes and strategic decision-making.

Wintin the 100 case base that NEUROCLIMA has built and documented to train its LLM, an important part of it is linked to how cities and urban ecosystems can become critical players when it comes to foster adaptation changes regarding climate issues, whether major cities or much small players, but all capable of experimenting, innovating and learning, as well as federating competences thanks to NEUROCLIMA AI supported potential.
